Is OrderAlerts really free?+
Yes. The WooCommerce plugin, Chrome extension pairing, and web app (PWA) for realtime order alerts are free forever. There is no paywall on the basic ding, multi-device pairing, or cha-ching sound.
How fast are the alerts?+
Orders flow over a realtime path from your store to our API to your paired devices — not slow email polling. Most merchants hear the alert within a second of the order status update.
Do I need an account?+
The Chrome extension can pair with a token only. The mobile/web app uses a free Google sign-in so you can manage multiple stores and team devices securely.
What about privacy?+
We only transmit order notification payloads needed to alert you (order number, totals, items, customer details you already store in WooCommerce). We do not sell data or run ad trackers on your store. See our Privacy Policy.
Does it work with HPOS and modern WooCommerce?+
Yes. OrderAlerts hooks into standard WooCommerce order status events and works with current WordPress + WooCommerce setups used by most stores.
